Call Waiting
Allows a customer to determine if they want to be interrupted during a specific call by dialing *70 before they place a call. If they do not want to be interrupted, they can send subsequent calls to voice mail for the duration of their call. This will also prevent the data calls from being dropped because of the call waiting tones.
Example:
A customer that would want to call 477-2355 and not be interrupted would dial *70477-2355 then press SEND. If they have voice mail, the subsequent call will immediately be directed to your voice mail box. If you don't have voice mail, the callers will receive a normal busy signal.
