In compliance with CPNI FCC Guidelines, Appalachian Wireless does not share subscriber information with anyone who is not authorized on an account. CPNI is information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of a telecommunications service subscribed to by any customer of a telecommunications carrier, and that is made available to the carrier by the customer solely by virtue of the carrier-customer relationship. Appalachian Wireless will not release any account information, including a customer’s cellular phone number, to anyone including third parties wishing to purchase information from us to market products to our subscribers.
