To pay your bill, log in if you have a login or setup a new account and login. After you are logged on, there is an option to pay your bill
To use the self-care tools you must have cookies enabled on your browser.
If you don't have a login, you can setup yours provided you know the account number and the phone number.
If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot My Password and follow the instructions to reset it.
If you log in, then click an option and are taken back to the login screen, than your computer is holding local copies of the SelfCare files. To correct this you need to remove cached files from your local browser. Please temporarily close any antivirus software if you have problems accessing your account.
We strive to maintain interoperability between major browsers. You should be able to use Internet Explorer, Chrome, or another browser of your preference.
