What is a hotline?

A hotline is a method of friendly reminder that we need to talk with you concerning your account.

New accounts (accounts less than 180 days old) are hotlined at 13 days past due and will disconnect at 20 days past due. Once hotlined, the entire past due amount will need to be paid before service can be restored.

Accounts that are no longer considered new are hotlined at 41 days past due and will disconnect at 48 days past due. Once disconnected anything 40 days or more past due will need to be paid before service can be restored.

If the account is disconnected past the first day of disconnect, all accounts will require an additional reconnect fee to be paid before they can be restored!
