How can I make a payment?

You can make payment on your account the following methods:

Quick Pay option:

MyAppWire Self-Care Portal -

Call Customer Service – Our call center is open from 7AM-7PM Monday-Friday, and 8AM-2PM on Saturdays. 

           Credit and Debit – Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express accepted.   

           ACH - Customers can pay up to $240 via check by phone.  A $10 processing fee will apply

                               Account Holder or Authorized Users are the only ones who can pay via check by phone

In-store/Authorized Dealer:  Cash, Credit, Debit, or Check

Mail:  Send check payments to PO Box 630734, Cincinnati, OH 45263.  Payments via mail may take up to 2 weeks for payment to be received and posted to account. 

AutoPay:  Setting up Autopay via debit/credit card or checking account.  Setting up autopay and switching to paperless billing will give you $5 off each service line.  Payments are processed on the due date each month.
