How do I turn on Wi-Fi calling?

Activate for Apple/iPhone/iOS

Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling > Enable Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone > Enter Emergency Address

Activate for Android/Samsung S23

Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi Calling > On > Enter Emergency Address

Please note: Appalachian Wireless is required by the FCC to support 911 calls and collect a registered location to enable the service.

Wi-Fi Calling functionality is currently supported on the following devices:

Apple/iPhone

iOS devices running iOS 15.7 or newer.

Android

Samsung Flip 3, Fold 3
Samsung Flip 4, Fold 4
Samsung S23, S23+, S23 Ultra
Samsung S22, S22+, S22 Ultra - *LRA network only (EKN tentatively scheduled for December 5th, 2023)
Samsung S21, S21+, S21 Ultra
Samsung A03
Samsung A14
Samsung A32
