What's this letter I received stating changes were made to my account?

Customers receive a letter anytime certain information is changed on their account.

Reasons customer would receive a letter are:

  1. Address Change
  2. CPNI password change
  3. CPNI phone number change
  4. CPNI security question change
  5. CPNI security answer change
  6. New account where all of this information was created
