Navigate to Billing, then select Discount.

Verify eligibility

Complete the eligibility verification process.

State, City & County Employee Verification

Your employer determines how eligibility is verified. Follow the steps below to complete your enrollment.

Go to Billing → Discount

Depending on your employer, you will complete one of the following:

Work Email Verification

  • You will enter your company email and follow the verification steps sent to your inbox.
  • Your discount will be applied once verification is complete.

Employer Approval

  • Your request will be sent to your employer for review.
  • Your discount will be applied after employer approval.

What to Expect

Fast Verification

Most verifications are completed within minutes. In some cases, additional review may take up to 24–48 hours.

Annual Re-Verification

Discounts require yearly re-verification to remain active. You will be notified when it’s time to re-verify.

Some updates may require assistance.
