Sign in to your account to get started.
Billing → Discount
Navigate to Billing, then select Discount.
Verify eligibility
Complete the eligibility verification process.
You May Qualify If You Work For:
- Participating Premier Business Employer
- Approved associations
- Federal government agencies
- State agencies
- County offices
- Boards of Education

Your employer determines how eligibility is verified. Follow the steps below to complete your enrollment.
Log in to Customer Care
Go to Billing → Discount
Next Steps Based on Your Employer’s Verification Method.
Depending on your employer, you will complete one of the following:
Work Email Verification
- You will enter your company email and follow the verification steps sent to your inbox.
- Your discount will be applied once verification is complete.
Employer Approval
- Your request will be sent to your employer for review.
- Your discount will be applied after employer approval.
What to Expect
Fast Verification
Most verifications are completed within minutes. In some cases, additional review may take up to 24–48 hours.
Annual Re-Verification
Discounts require yearly re-verification to remain active. You will be notified when it’s time to re-verify.
Discount is applied
Once your verification is approved.
Plan Changes
Some updates may require assistance.
Currently Receiving a Large Employer Discount?
Here’s what to know:
- The legacy Large Employer Discount may currently apply to Mix & Match or Unlimited plans.
- Beginning in 2026, discount eligibility will apply to Unlimited plans only.
- During annual re-certification, your discount will transition based on your plan type and eligibility.
